2. Which categories do we use?

We distinguish the following categories:

• External content — Google Maps is only loaded with your consent. When loaded, third-party cookies may be placed.
• Analytics — we use Matomo for web analytics. Matomo is only activated after you have given consent via the cookie banner.

3. Which cookies and technologies do we currently use?

The Matomo cookies (_pk_id and _pk_ses) are only placed after you have given consent via the cookie banner. No marketing cookies or tracking pixels are currently used on this website.

4. Google Maps

Our contact page includes an interactive map from Google Maps. This map is only loaded after you have given consent via the cookie banner. When loaded, Google may place cookies on your device. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for more information.

If you decline cookies, the map will not be loaded. The website remains fully usable without Google Maps.

5. Matomo Analytics

We use a Matomo instance managed by us for web analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Matomo is only activated after you have given consent via the cookie banner.

The Matomo instance runs on hosting provided by Cloud86 in the Netherlands (analytics.dataconductors.com). The collected analytics data is not shared with external advertising or analytics platforms.

After your consent, Matomo may place first-party cookies on dataconductors.com to distinguish visitors and sessions for web analytics. These cookies are listed in the table above. Matomo is self-hosted by us and the data is not shared with third parties. We do not use Matomo for cross-site tracking.

If you decline cookies, Matomo will not be loaded and no tracking takes place.

6. Consent and withdrawal

When you first visit the website, a cookie banner is displayed where you can choose to accept or decline cookies. Your choice is stored in localStorage (see table above).

The only third party that may place client-side cookies on this website is Google, via the Google Maps integration, and only when you have given consent. Matomo is not a third party — it is an instance managed by us on hosting provided by Cloud86.

Other service providers (hosting provider, email provider, form processor) do not place cookies in your browser.
